Congressional candidate Kirill Basin is knocked out by beachgoer after issuing threats to others.

Police say he was asked to turn his loud music down and threatened others with a knife before throwing it in the ocean. After, eyewitness footage shows congressional candidate Kirill Basin issuing threats to several beachgoers, including “If he wants to go to the hospital, come here” and “I’ll put you in the f*****g ground.” before being knocked out.
