Mayor Brown spoke to the media this afternoon on speculation coming from a facebook group that the individual connected to a fatal crash in South Buffalo is related to the Mayor Channel 7 released the driver’s name the driver not yet charged with any crime.

Our policy is to withhold a person’s name until they are officially charged. However, with so much misinformation being discussed and shared on social media, we’ve decided to keep the public informed with what we know.
The crash happened at the intersection of Seneca Street and Pomona Place around 2:30 a.m. October 27.
No charges have been filed against the driver of the Maserti that killed Kristin Labruno and AJ Twentyfive III.
