Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz joined state, county and Buffalo Bills officials in Orchard Park to celebrate the ribbon cutting and official opening of the new Highmark Stadium. The event marked the culmination of years of work, negotiations and construction, with thousands of skilled men and women of labor helping build the new home of the Buffalo Bills.
