The seventh annual Women of Color Summit & Ally Institute
kicked-off in Niagara Falls at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel.

Erie County Commission on the Status of Women,
the conference recognizes the unique challenges and responsibilities
that women of color face in professional spaces, and is designed
to help them thrive both professionally and personally.
This year’s programming expanded to include even more sponsors,
