Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz joins Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry personnel to review major projects completed at Chestnut Ridge Park, and to cut the ribbon on a new sensory trail.
Since 2012, Erie County has invested more than $9.2 M to improve and enhance Chestnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park, including the completion of a new "Sensory Trail," a collaboration with the Chestnut Ridge Conservancy. The new trail will feature sensory-friendly elements, interactive play zones, and shaded seating areas for families to relax and enjoy.
