Legislator Howard Johnson Announces Community Town Hall Event

Erie County Legislator Howard Johnson, D-Buffalo, will hold a Community Town Hall on Wednesday, June 12th at the William-Emslie YMCA at 585 William Street at 6:30 pm where many Erie County Departments will be set up to offer information on services the county provides to residents.

“I wanted to hold this event because I think it’s important the community understands all the services that Erie County has to offer. As the new Legislator, I want to introduce myself and to make residents aware that my staff and I are here to help however we can,” remarked Legislator Johnson.

The following County departments will be present –

Erie County Department of Health

Erie County Department of Social Services

Erie County Department of Senior Services

There will be a brief presentation by Legislator Johnson followed by a 15 minute department from the Department of Health regarding community initiatives impacting the 1st Legislative District.
