Governor Kathy Hochul today celebrated the designation of NY CREATES’ Albany NanoTech Complex as the location of the CHIPS for America EUV Accelerator, an NSTC facility. This announcement marks an anticipated significant investment in EUV research and development under the Biden-Harris Administration’s CHIPS and Science Act.
