Developed in collaboration with Erie County, SUNY Albany and the SUNY Albany Center of Excellence (COE) in Weather and Climate Analytics, the Erie County Winter Storm Scale (ECWSS) presents a real-time map of winter weather-related impacts to people (by demographic) and places within the county.
