SO IT BEGINS! GOOD OL NORTH TONAWANDA!! as i write this im hearing my daughter cry ! I have so much anger in me but we will pray instead .
My daughter and 3 friends were walking to 7-11 earlier today. They were making videos jumping over things as they walked( things kids do). One of the kids jumped over a lawn sign his toe hit it (have it on video). A man and woman come outside screaming and yelling at them calling the girls bi***s and using racial slurs. They continued on to the store. On the way back they get in their car following them recording them screaming they are gonna f***ing kill them!. A neighbor comes out because ahe heard yelling and seen their car drive fast towards the kids and mind you there were several other kids at thw playground who seen everything. The woman in her 50’s or so gets out attempts to grab my daughters friend and pull her into thw car! She then gets in my daughters face! pushing up on her threatening them! As they called them spi**s and ni**ers and that they will never be nothing. He continues calling them bitches and other filthy words ( c word) The neighbor comes to my house with the kids protecting them because they were scared. They all tell me what happened ..as i attempted to go to these monsters house to confront them i was calmed down and was told to call the cops. They come and looked at the videos and pics…kept asking the kids what did you do to make them do all of this.. they showed the video of him jumping over a sign on their lawn. So the cops told me to sit tight while they drive 2 blocks down the street to talk to them. I waited a hour didnt hear anything ..so i went to the police station they were closed so the officer had the cop call me back to update me. He says they dont see anything to make a complaint against them. I reminded him of the videos of the man threatening to kill them and the kids statements on what all occurred! He said there was no witnesses that seen them put their hands on them ..i told him YES THERE WAS ! EVERYONE AT THE PARK SEEN IT! PLUS THE VIDEOS!!! I asked how to go about filing harrassment charges and get a order of protection or something he said try going into the station tmrw. But says he dont see this going anywhere .
I drove by the house and the sign was not damaged!!
Before i post these individuals pics i wanna say She works at North tonawanda school she made that clear as well that she knows EVERY COP in North Tonawanda. So im asking everyones opinion on what to do next.
