Empire State Development (ESD) will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., the agency announced in a July 15 media advisory.
The meeting will take place at ESD’s New York City office (5 Grand Central East / 655 Third Avenue, 4th Floor conference room) with videoconferencing to a public location at the USA Niagara Development Corporation office (222 First Street, 7th Floor, Niagara Falls, New York).
The meeting is open to the public. ESD is streaming the meeting by webcast; the agency’s advisory directs viewers to the ESD board meetings page for the webcast and related materials.
ESD’s advisory also states that members of the public who wish to attend in person must RSVP by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and that written comments on agenda items will be accepted and distributed to the Directors if submitted prior to noon on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. According to the advisory, all comments received by that deadline will be posted online and distributed to Directors before the meeting.
